- The Bereavement Support Weekend at Knock House Hotel—titled Finding Light in Loss—is a gentle, restorative retreat designed to help you find calm, clarity, and connection amid the experience of grief. The programme is built around the understanding that grief is deeply personal and unpredictable. There is no “right” way to grieve, nor one single path toward healing. Over the course of two days, participants are invited to engage at their own pace, choosing what feels right in each moment.
